About Me

Hi There,

This is Manasa. Welcome to my food blog “Spicy Rasoi” where I share my experiments with cooking.  This is an attempt to share the recipes I have learnt over all these years… on my own, from my mom, mother-in-law, relatives and friends.

I am very passionate about cooking and love traditional Indian dishes. I believe in healthy eating and at the same time want the food to be filled with tasty spices.  I will be sharing a lot of healthy and tasty recipes here..with an edge !!

All the recipes that I write here have been tried, tested and clicked in my kitchen by me.

If you have any questions, or suggestions, or feedback drop me a line here or drop a mail to spicyrasoi@gmail.com

Thanks for peeping in…Keep Visiting !!

  1. Hi Manasa, Nice Blog! I am very glad that you stopped by mine, took the time to read it, and are also following it. I’m looking forward to reading more from you and especially your recipes. Thank you!

  2. Hi Manasa,
    Nice Blog!
By using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vegetables that grow above ground only and not using high-calorie fat-rich items like nuts coconut and the like and reducing overall glycemic load, the dishes would become suitable for diabetics and kidney patients also who are constrained to be on restricted diet.
    Thanks for reading .
